Several Texas hospitals saw significant improvement in the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades for fall 2018. 

The state is now No. 5 in terms of percentage of hospitals with an “A” grade, up from No. 14 in spring 2018, according to Leapfrog’s report released Nov. 8 by the Houston Business Coalition on Health, Leapfrog’s regional leader.
