Houston-based Cheniere Energy Inc. (NYSE American: LNG) announced Feb. 9 that it has reached two long-term agreements to sell liquefied natural gas to China National Petroleum Corp. 

CNPC subsidiary PetroChina International Company Ltd. will purchase approximately 1.2 million metric tons per year of LNG from two Cheniere subsidiaries, Corpus Christi Liquefaction LLC and Cheniere Marketing International LLP.
